Last night we had the pleasure of checking out PB Wolf and new Stones Throw phenom Mayer Hawthorne live at The Cataylst here in Santa Cruz. PB Wolf rocked a set of modern soul VJ'ing that was off the chain.. Mayor Hawthorne played with his back up band The County and swooned the crowd with his smooth new tracks. There was even a pair of panties that got thrown on stage! PB Wolf spent the morning here at The Krate digging in the back, and got to unearth some gems. It was a pleasure to hang with him and meet a true Hip Hop genius and sound pioneer!
